Green Express Direct™ may offer discounts periodically by the means of a "Promotion Code" that can be entered during the checkout process. All promotion code discounts are on "Subtotal" price only. We make every effort to ensure that all items advertised are available. However, due to the popularity of our products some items may be temporarily out of stock. We do not accept backorders on COD orders and orders outside the Continental United States. Backorders that become available within 30 days will automatically be shipped, after 30 days you will be contacted prior to shipment of backordered items. If for some unforeseen reason the backorder is not available after 60 days the order will be automatically cancelled.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, Motor Freight, or USPS. Air shipments are available at an additional charge. Contact us for more details. If calling after regular business hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Freight charges shown apply to shipping within the contiguous United States. International shipments may require additional freight charges. International customers will be contacted by us with exact shipping costs prior to shipping. No credit cards are charged until shipping costs are approved by customer.

You may return any unused, saleable product within 30 days for a refund. Items must be in a new condition and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless product is defective. Before returning product, request via phone, fax or eMail a Return Authorization number. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box for prompt credit. It is suggested that you insure the package for the value of the contents.
Defective Item Policy
All products sold by Green Express Direct™ are sold with the warranties of the manufacturer as such warranties are stated in the written materials of the manufacturer that are shipped with the product. Green Express Direct™ specifically disclaims any and all additional express or implied warranties, other than the replacement of defective items, which shall be buyer's sole remedy against Green Express Direct™.
- If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery you have the right to refuse the shipment.
Notification of Damage
- If a package arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours. Please retain the original shipping cartons as examination by a carrier inspector may be necessary. For motor freight shipments notify the carrier immediately of the damage and then contact Green Express Direct.
Wrong Item Shipped
- Please eMail or fax in your order confirmation for verification of accuracy. If the wrong item was shipped we will ship out the correct item with no shipping fees.
